LoanPhixer ("we", "us", "our") operates credit.loanphixer.com and provides CIBIL/credit information report services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information We Collect

• Identity details: full name, PAN, Aadhar number, date of birth, gender.
• Contact details: mobile number and email address.
• Business/KYC details (for DSA partners): business name, business address, PAN, Aadhar, GST registration, and supporting documents/photo uploaded during registration.
• Payment details: processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay); we do not store your card/UPI credentials.
• Credit bureau data: your credit report and score, retrieved from our bureau data partner (CGPE/Experian) strictly to generate the report you requested.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs, for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information solely to: verify your identity, fetch your credit bureau report on your explicit consent, generate and deliver the CIBIL report and GST invoice, process payments, activate and manage DSA partner accounts and their token wallets, prevent fraud, and comply with legal/regulatory obligations.

3. Consent for Bureau Data Pull

By submitting your PAN, mobile number, and other details on our report request form, you explicitly authorize us to query the credit bureau on your behalf for the sole purpose of generating the report you have purchased. We do not pull your credit report without this consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) our credit bureau data partner, strictly to fetch your report; (b) our payment gateway, to process your payment; (c) law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where legally required.

5. Data Storage & Security

Reports, invoices, and KYC documents are stored on access-controlled servers, not directly accessible over the public internet, and are served only through authenticated, signed download links. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. We use HTTPS encryption for data in transit wherever deployed with a valid TLS certificate.

6. Data Retention

We retain your report, invoice, and account data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to our legal retention obligations) by contacting us using the details below. You may withdraw consent for future bureau pulls at any time, though this will not affect reports already generated.
