Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on credit.loanphixer.com for CIBIL/credit information reports.

1. Nature of the Service

Our reports are digital goods generated on-demand using real-time credit bureau data. Once a report has been successfully generated and made available for download, the service is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable, in line with standard practice for digital/bureau-data products.

2. When a Refund Applies

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Payment was successfully captured but the credit report could not be generated due to a technical or bureau-side failure, and the issue could not be resolved on retry; or
• You were charged more than once for the same report due to a payment gateway or technical error (duplicate charge).

3. When a Refund Does Not Apply

• The report was generated and delivered successfully, regardless of its content or score.
• Incorrect details (PAN, mobile number, etc.) were submitted by you, resulting in a report for the wrong individual or a bureau "no record found" response.
• You changed your mind after a successful, accurate report was delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email noreply@loanphixer.com within 7 days of the transaction with your Order Number (visible on your invoice/success page) and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay) and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.

6. DSA Token Wallet

Tokens credited to a DSA wallet via manual recharge are non-refundable once credited, except where credited in error by us, in which case we will correct the balance. Tokens deducted for a report that failed to generate due to a technical/bureau-side failure will be automatically reversible at our discretion upon review.
